- Interviewed members of leadership to gather thoughts about corporate goals and directions
- Developed flexible presentation methods to support the company’s strategic and tactical goals
- Worked with designers to create a new modular design and updated calls to action for products and solutions
- Reviewed with internal marketing members and later presented new mock-ups to senior leadership
Outcomes
- Created high-fidelity mock-ups of the proposed homepage for constructive feedback from leadership
- Changed the homepage from a company overview to a customer-driven e-commerce site
- Proposed regular update schedule as well as a strategic steering committee and tactical consultants
- Deployed a new homepage with a fresh approach that was in sync with upcoming buying seasons
