- Audited existing eCommerce browse experience, creating several paths based on persona research
- Documented product routers, landing pages, support, company information, legal information, etc.
- Created wireframe templates for each type of page, starting by documenting the problems it solved
- Created matrix of what resources belong on which pages to aid marketing’s content strategy
Outcomes
- Took wireframes to the next level by adding detailed image and content specifications
- Associated components with specific personas and use cases to ensure relevancy
