  • Audited existing eCommerce browse experience, creating several paths based on persona research
  • Documented product routers, landing pages, support, company information, legal information, etc.
  • Created wireframe templates for each type of page, starting by documenting the problems it solved
  • Created matrix of what resources belong on which pages to aid marketing’s content strategy

Outcomes

  • Took wireframes to the next level by adding detailed image and content specifications
  • Associated components with specific personas and use cases to ensure relevancy
  • Reduced new page creation timeframes and increased consistency with page templates
